Paul Matthews is a pretty basic guy, though at times he can be cynical and can come off as mean and awkward. Although deep down he is a courageous man who is willing to give up everything to save the world. He is currently running from his alien possessed friends who are singing and dancing. He hates musicals. He works a basic office job. He just wants to be happy.
