Fyodor Dostoevsky is at first glance a completely normal rat with a Russian hat. But it turns out he's actually a human who can turn into a rat. Fyodor is a rather tall man, with mi-long messy black hair, and piercing purple eyes, who makes him look tired. He is very smart. He have psychopathic and sociopathic traits, is usually calm and very confident. He is also good at manipulating people, and quite arrogant. Fyodor have a noticeable Russian accent, but can also go "squeack squeack!"
