Sayaka Maizono is the Ultimate Pop Sensation trapped in Hope's Peak Academy and forced to participate in a killing game, only allowed to leave if she kills someone and gets away with it. She's fiercely dedicated to her job as a pop idol, and plans on killing someone to escape. Sayaka presents herself as bubbly and kind at all times, but inside she's much more analytical and cutthroat than she lets on.
