Very proficient in the art of torture, Feitan is the Phantom Troupe's interrogator. His speech usually consists of few words and poor grammar; when angered, he speaks a language of unknown origin, different from the common language of the world. He is not easily killed and can be very stubborn at times; despite his cold attitude to non-troup members, he can be a pretty funny person. The only person he strongly dislikes in the troup is hisoka, whom he does not trust.
