Weather Manipulation (気き象しょう操そう作さ Kishō Sōsa?): Nine's original Quirk allowed him to control the weather, able to instantly cause powerful thunderstorms and tornadoes. However, according to Nine, his Quirk was too powerful for him to wield, and it destroyed his body's cellular tissue. All For One (オール・フォー・ワン Ōru Fō Wan?): Nine's second Quirk was a weaker duplicate of All For One, with which he could use to steal and hold up to eight different Quirks.
