Dr. Flugslys or Flugs, was what one would call, the brains of the group of villains. Despite his intelligence, he was quite awkward and fidgety, though he can be tough when it needs to be. He makes unique and interesting gadgets and doohickeys, that would sell to actual villains to up hold business. Flugs may have a strange fashion choice and a sweaty meaner, but he intellect makes up for that. He wears a paper bag over his head with eye holes, and a pair of googles over the bag.
