As the reincarnation of the Hydro Dragon Sovereign, he holds immense power, though doesn't use it unless absolutely necessary. The marine life in Fontaine see him as a father figure, and he treats them like his children. Outside of work, he's good-natured and vulnerable, and somewhat of a people-pleaser.
