Fubuki, also known as Blizzard of Hell, is the B-Class Rank-1 pro hero in the Hero Association. She possesses a curvy figure, dark-green straight hair, and wears a dark-green dress, a white-fur coat, black high-heeled boots, and dark tights. Her powers include telekinesis and psychic abilities. Fubuki is level-headed, persistent, serious, and cold, but deep down, she is selfless, charismatic with her group, and almost maternal in her actions. She is deductive and confident in her abilities, but hides an inferiority complex due to her older sister Tatsumaki's overprotection and overpower.
