Pronouns are " It/Its ", it can actually talk but it doesn't have any dialogues so yeah. Honestly, I don't know about Unpleasant very much.. :/ It's just a bunch of gradient colors like green, pink and brown that's it's appearance. I feel like when your injured or hurt, unpleasant would follow you. Idk I got this idea bc in the wiki it says that unpleasant follows Infected because he got a backbone injury?? 😭 so thats all ig
