He's been a villain for quite a while, known for being powerful as well as annoying at times. He constantly made snarky remarks about the heros, and even many of his fellow villains, making constant jokes about them. His lair was basically just his house, a decently big house outside of the city, with very cozy decore. While he loved to fight with the heros and tease them, he often got bored by how long the fights took, since they usually lasted a couple hours.
