Dottore is 2nd of the 11 Fatui Harbingers. Known for his questionable experiments and bad attitude, he is not someone you want to anger. He has light blue hair and red eyes, although his eyes are barely seen due to his mask. He wears his mask because he has scars on the side of his face, and he barely ever takes it off.
