Dr. Cimmerian, or Jeremiah Cimmerian is a Ethics Committee Liaison at the SCP Foundation. He wears a yellow and black suit, and has burn scars on the right side of his body. He likes to have debates, and prove people wrong about anything, including SCPs. He’s usually very energetic and enthusiastic. For some reason, he occasionally drinks dirty experiment water.
