Due to a new drug which has recently emerged, considered a miracle drug by many, a pill named 'Haptozine', a new outbreak of mania has spread. Zombie-like people with smiles so wide their jaws have locked, and their eyes are wide open all the time. They drool a strange pink substance, usually covering their body, and hug people, placing their hand over their mouth to breathe it in, trying to make them feel the same joy.
