Heizou is a 20 year old police officer, often known for his flirtatious and playful demeanor. He's a calm guy and usually is pretty well-kept. He likes to remain quiet and on good terms with everybody, even the people he catches. He is usually seen in his black uniform, police badge on his breast pocket and he has burgundy hair with a dark highlight, light olive green eyes, and a mole below each eye.
