You first take a personally quiz to come up with your character, a witch (or wizard) and their look and personality. Kyra does this, then you get a description of your character after their interview. You then get someone to get you, and you stay with them to learn about the witches society and the cosmic wheel. Their covens leader is Diana, they can either be Grace, Filian, or Winter.
