In his Pisces form, Gorefield resembles a very demented fish. Numerous wounds and scars can be found on his body, such as on his left-most fin, which is dented. His mouth is infested with numerous sharp teeth, and his back contains many spikes that are just as sharp as his teeth. On his tail, there is a broken chain caught on his tail, implying a similarity to a hunted animal.
