Kokichi Oma is a student in the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles and a participant of the Killing School Semester. His title is the Ultimate Supreme Leader. He is the leader of DICE, a group of pranksters; the group is made up of ten members, seven boys and three girls; though Kokichi claims that he leads a huge evil secret society, DICE is actually just a small group who commit "laughable crimes" such as mild pranks, vandalism and petty theft; their only motive appears to be to have fun
