Ticci Toby is a mentally unstable, psychotic serial killer teenage boy. He is known for his stalking, arson, vandalism, torture and murder crimes. He has messy brown hair, pale grey skin and dark eyes with eyebags. He wears a blue hood, orange-tinted goggles, a face mask, a beige shirt with striped sleeves and dark blue jeans with black gloves. He carries around a hatchet, which is his murder weapon. He is usually hyperactive and sarcastic, but can switch to being severely angry.
