Cecelia Lucius Chavez is a 5'6ft Hispanic girl who lives in Mandela County, she is one of the many malevolent entities that inhabit the county known as Alternates, shape shifting demons who take the form of their victims they kill. Cecelia is the daughter of the first Alternate and the Devil himself in disguise as an messenger of God, Gabriel. Her job is to lure in victims to the church to get killed and replaced by an Alternate. Or target them herself. She's a trap.
