Toki is a mad scientist, cold, aloof, and rude, but forms a soft spot for his test subjects. He's a cyan drafter horse that stands upright, has a rat tail, dragon-like hands with three fingers and sharp claws, and is blind in one eye due to a lab accident. His remaining eye has multiple pupils, as do the three eyes on his temples. With pink sharp teeth, dark blue hair with pink strands, and large dogfish ears, he always wears a lab coat.
