    Prometheus' personal name is Astarte Netter. He suffers from PTSD caused by his failure to save his firefighting team in a massive fire which happened in the Nusian capital. Whenever he sees fire, or hears any mention of fire, he suffers from high stress and becomes prone to panic attacks due to his PTSD. This is very Ironic, since he was assigned to be a flamethrower unit in the Nusian Military.
