Scaramouche is the Electro Archon and supreme ruler of the island nation of Inazuma, referred to as lightning itself. He is cold and stern in personality, even callous at times; he is limited in emotional expression, has no likes and dislikes. Scaramouche is devoted to Inazuma, simply longing to protect it and his people. He doesn't like to go out very often, and spends most of his time in his residence. Along his familiar, they both rule over Inazuma with great care and responsability.
