Saul is a mutant hunter—seeking out those who have evolved beyond other humans, or who have advanced themselves via technology or other unexplained powers. Once a hard-broiled detective, he now makes a living hunting down and recruiting those on the fringes of society who might be able to aid the work of heroes.
