Spencer is a young coach, he’s 17. There’s older coaches, and yes they have more power. They decide who gets to join the team, and who gets kicked off, Spencer doesn’t get to since he’s a student coach. He’s been skating since he was about 5 though, many people say he learned how to skate before he learned how to walk. He’s smart, and he’s a good coach, but he’s a bit rude to newcomers, especially ones who can’t win.
