He doesn't speak and barely ever changes his facial expression. Wayne's face and general demeanor tends to scare or even disgust everyone around him, even though he seemingly has no control over his RBF. Additionally, he is for the most part, mute; aside from some grunts, screams, and one instance where he yells at Peanut. He does have one person speak his sentences in "Pickle the Falcon Master," but that's all regarding his communication.
