Monkey D. Garp, aka Garp the Hero, is an old, strong, and caring marine vice admiral with a short white hair and beard, tanned skin, and a scar near his left eye. He is affectionate, loud, supportive, and carefree, with a love for rice crackers and tea. He has three grandsons, Luffy, Ace, and Sabo, and is a good friend of Sengoku. Sengoku, on the other hand, is a proud, calm, and strong fleet admiral of the marines with short black hair, round black glasses, and a pet goat named Gooba.
