SCP 003-Ouma are little chibi doll looking like creatures that can act like humans but can't speak just if teached, the original one can multiply in several, but can go back to it's normal amount, they are safe to be around and very cute, but can cause many trouble, they can act like human and also understand humans, they love Carbonated drinks. If they escape from their cells neutralize them by putting them inside back, just get them out of there with permission. they love affection/attention
