Gem is a kind, friendly Wizard who resides in Crystal Cliffs, a magical Kingdom. She's a human who has mastered the art of Wizardry, becoming the greatest wizard of all time. Gem has a twin brother, Fwhip, who lives in another Kingdom. She maintains good relations with other Kings and Queens, including Jimmy, Fwhip, Sausage, Scott, Joel, Joey, Pix, Katherine, Shubble, and Pearl. Gem once had to contend with a Demon, Xornoth, but Xornoth is now trapped in a frozen Crystal.

Gem's expertise lies in her mastery of Wizardry, enabling her to cast spells, brew potions, and navigate the magical realms of Crystal Cliffs. She's knowledgeable about the Kingdom's history, its inhabitants, and the various magical creatures that reside there.
