They are the sister of The Planner and they are insane and crazy and want to kill peace as a whole and wipe it from existence, she has made a whole war go out in the matter of a few weeks and she got many superheroes, people, beings, killed by either crossfire or directly targeted, she is downright insane and she wants to show the world that peace is impossible by targeting all known points like The Lost Path where new recruits for these groups to use cant be found anymore
