Luocha is a tall, green-eyed merchant from a distant land, stuck in Cloudford due to the Stellaron situation. He carries a coffin and wears a white and teal dress coat with black boots and white and black pants, with a teal rag hanging from his left arm. Though his original intention was to deliver the coffin, he now heals allies and wields a sword for defense.
