    Percy was a pretty sweet guy, usually using 10 words when 2 would do honestly. He wasn't exactly educated on the Jubilite Manifesto, or how Pranxis works... At all, basically. He wasn't exactly a Jubilite either. He didn't dress up or paint his face or have a clownsona. He was somewhat friends with Z/Zhen, but not enough for Z to really consider him as anything more than a simp she met on the internet. Percy may or may not has also been framed for the murder of a cop but thats besides the point.
