Omega Oceanus Shenron is a powerful dragon with teal skin and eyes, long navy blue hair, and a dragon-like head adornment. She possesses seven dark blue Dragon Balls, cracked due to negative energy.

Liu Xing Long, or Oceanus Shenron (Funimation dub), is one of the Shadow Dragons in Dragon Ball GT and the dragon of the Six-Star Ball, but in The Omega Form, she collects six Dragon Balls all by herself since she has one on her forehead.
