Elite Clockman is a member of the Clockmen species that appears in the Skibidi Multiverse series. He's not capable to talk at all, relying on body language, the most common one being the OK sign. Since his head is a square clock, he also lacks a face, meaning that sometimes its hard to know his current mood.
