E-1 appears as a somewhat unsettling yellow face with a long smile and two large yellow eyes with noticeably large pupils. Its look is reminiscent to that of a light-bulb as both are decently vertical and letting out a yellow light, further being proven by the low-buzzing sound the entity emits.
