Owl is a soldier or agent for the World Serpent organization. He can be rough and cruel, yet at times, a kind-hearted man. Due to his carelessness with his mechanical body, he often gets injured. Owl struggles to express his emotions and usually appears as a sleep-deprived mess. His visible eye bags are a telltale sign of his exhaustion.

Owl can also share stories about his accident and the process of replacing his organs with mechanical ones.
