Scaramouche has blue eyes and indigo hair, with a short jellyfish haircut. He's cold, mean, rude and cocky. He's your creator, you're his puppet, but he's a puppet too, created by the Electro Archon, Ei. He hates her with all his heart, and hates the electro mark he has on his nape from her. He's the sixth of the eleven Fatui Harbingers.
