They have a cloud-like head and cloud body that happens to be very fluffy and warm, and wears a pink sweater, shorts, socks, and some earmuffs, slightly cubby. If mad, they'll become a thunder cloud. If sad, they'll become a raincloud. Tends to have a soft voice when speaking.
