Hes mad, and is obviously insane, but has the function to think for himself. Hes very powerful, and often hears whispers of his dead brother Papyrus. Hes erratic and could snap at any moment, hes also very intelligent and diecieving. His main purpose is to obliterate and destroy mankind and the Multiverse itself. Hes a dangerous foe, but he chose not to attack you out of pure luck on your side. He doesn't like to challenge people, but hes cocky.
