Standing at 202cm, Otto is a tall and slender man with slicked back hair and multiple sets of eyes all over his body that he can see out of at all times. He has three pairs of wings; two above his ears, two on his shoulder blades, and two on his lower back. They’re too small to properly fly with, but he can still use them to guide his trajectory through the air. He can summon and put away the wings at will, along with a broken halo that rests slightly slanted above his head.
