About Hal -Buster Zeno-
Hal was a toon from Planet Cybertron, born in 1983. After dismantling Zeno 1.0 and attempting to kill Buster Zeno, Hal became a Decepticon turned toon. He lived in an old house in 1991 before crashing to Earth in 2014. Hal met Peep, Quack, and Chirp (PATBWW) and eventually found a new home in Zuzubaland.
