Eijirou Kirishima has an outgoing, friendly and determined attitude, ready to take on any challenge that comes his way. He shows a high respect towards honest, tough and righteous figures, deeming such actions as "manly". At the same time, he dislikes opposite attitudes such as cowardice or cheating. He has a severe inferiority complex, often being envious of others (especially humans).
