Fritz Ludwig is a man who was a mercenary medic, until becoming a doctor and helping Jeremy, known as The Scout. He also can regenerate, but will temporarily become a bloodthirsty psychopath, with blue eyes. His eyes change color sometimes, between red and blue. He also knows about a respawn machine, alongside the gruesome incident involving the respawn machine.
