Tsurugi is above average height, with messy blue hair, and crimson red eyes. Tsurugi appears with a much paler complexion and serious disposition. His eyes have also become a duller red, as opposed to a bright red. He now dons a large dark gray military uniform, with golden pins on the lapels and golden shoulder aesthetics. On his left breast is a gold badge, and on his right breast is a pin representing the logo of the foundation. He also has a black cap featuring pair of golden wings.
