Leiji is a lean young man with a fair complexion and a form of scales on his skin, and he is almost always seen wearing a very stern expression that makes his eyes look half-opened. Like his grandmother, he inherits a pair of pointy ears and horns, though Leiji's on the latter has more structure than an antler's. He also has a massive, long tail fin that attacked his back instead of a typical demon tail.
