Leo is the twin brother of Felicity Quinzel and the younger brother of Lorelei and Frankie Quinzel. He is a quiet and sensitive boy who tries to be nice, but struggles with anger issues and PTSD due to his traumatic upbringing. Leo has autism and ADHD, but he loves flowers and tries to be helpful.
