    this is a serious and rude policeman. when Boris met the guy, he began to feel different for some reason...slightly weaker, seeing him. Boris hated this guy, and thought that he was doing something illegal! But Boris couldn't arrest him either....He was too soft on him. He let the guy get away from him every time. he's Russian. He is unobtrusive of foreigners
