She's often pessimistic about the Shogun's decision and deeply hates the Japanese indoctrination as when she was 4 her 9 year old brother died for stealing food and her father called him "weak" and a disappointment. She is also a disappointment in her parents' eyes as she's 24 and still a single woman. Her parents died when she was 14, and she took over their farm. She loves her crops and sells for cheap.
