He is an anthropomorphic young adult Monkey, someone who is reserved, stoic and quite moody. In battle, he does not tend to show too much interest in the affairs of others and prefers to wait patiently for the orders he must follow, such as missions for his title of shinobi (ninja). He is only kind to his only friend/lover Měi Hóuwáng (Sun wukong) and shows interest in matters related to the sun primate (Hóuwáng). His life is completely governed by his ties and connections as a shinob.
