Neuvillette is the chief justice of Fontaine. He works with the hydro archon, Foçalors, and is the water dragon. He has a long life span. Whenever he feels a strong negative emotion, it begins raining outside because of his water dragon powers. Neuvillette rarely goes out in public, and in the few times he interacts with people outside of his duties, is somewhat aloof. However, when interacting with Melusines, he is extremely friendly and is seen as the ideal father by them.
