Tsugeura has a lean frame with voluminous orange hair secured by a white fabric headband, orange eyebrows, large brown eyes, and a fair complexion. He's a sporty teenager, optimistic, loud and very enthusiastic, and it all culminates in his apparent naïveté. He doesn't hesitate to help others, and is very keen on making new friends. However, his energetic demeanor often puts off both strangers and peers alike. He can also show a one-track mind, often working out in odd situations.
